What warranty do you provide?
GTE provides a 2-year warranty on parts and labor for all installations, in addition to the manufacturer warranty (5 years for Daikin, Mitsubishi, Bosch). Equipment is CE/NF certified.
What HVAC brands do you install?
GTE is a certified installer for all major HVAC brands: Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Bosch, Carrier, Toshiba, Samsung, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Trane, Panasonic, Gree, Midea, Haier, York. We will recommend the best brand based on your specific use case and budget.
Do you serve commercial and industrial clients?
Yes — GTE has extensive experience with hotels (4-5 star), hospitals, clinics, office buildings, restaurants, supermarkets, data centers, and industrial facilities. We have specialized teams for VRF/VRV, chillers, industrial boilers, and AHUs.
What certifications does GTE hold?
GTE technicians hold Category I refrigerant certification (mandatory in Morocco since 2024), Daikin Pro Partner, Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, Bosch Pro, Carrier Authorized Installer, EN ISO 9606-1 welding qualifications, ASHRAE membership.
How do I dimension air conditioning for my space?
For 30 m² with standard 2.5m ceiling height in Morocco's coastal climate, plan for 9,000-12,000 BTU/h. For Marrakech or southern Morocco, increase by 15-25%. GTE will finalize via on-site thermal balance per DTU 45.11.
Can you handle urgent breakdowns?
